  • I was in the Pentagon that day and all I can say is that you guys are complete morons.

  • They know their idea are nuts. They sell DVDs to suckers. Best part is Middleton points to the southern flight path, these morons think 77 flew north of the CITGO station and did a 80 degree bank turn over the Pentagon. Notice their animation has a shallow bank angle and can't fly the path they claim. They are idiots.

  • So the engines should not run at all at ground level? It should never take off or land safely, by your logic. Besides, O2 is thinner the higher you get. Lift margin is always greater at low altitudes to to greater air density, hence greater oxygen concentration. Nothing I can think of would stop a plane from flying at max speed a few feet off the ground, except the size and composition of the pilot's balls.

  • lol, a plane isn't traveling at cruise speed on landing and taking off, also the only thing the engine does is provide forward thrust. You assume it can, just b/c they said it "did," well look into all the pilots that are part of this 9/11 truth, aka Pilots for 911 Truth, you have 20-30 year pilots, of small and large commercial planes, don't tell me they have been pilots for this long, and don't know the dynamics of their aircraft.

    An F-4 phantom and 757 are different and one burns hotter after disintegration which clearly occured.

    Jet fuel is jet fuel, F4 or 757, its the same, also, a 757 doesn't disintegrate, nor can it fly this low, at cruise speed.

  • F4 carries less than 1/10 the fuel of a 757. F4 is also a lot less massive, and has nowhere near the amount of magnesium alloy components. The fires would indeed be very different. Go set fire to a pint of gasoline, then do the same to a 500 gallon tank. You will get the picture. Anything will disintegrate if subjected to enough stress. And what would keep a 757 from flying this low at cruise speed, other than pilot ability?

  • Umm, a jet fuel induced fire is not enough to make a 757 shatter into nothing, also, I have seen similar impacts of smaller jets, that leave more debris.

    As for the flying low, physics, fluid mechanics, etc. The air is to dense down this close to the ground, the plane would be overspeed, and can stall from being overspeed, the same reason planes stall at low speed, is the same reason it would stall at high speed, a 757 wing is not designed to fly that fast & low, I can't explain it all here.

  • That much I understand. Air rushing over the wings too fast causes a high speed stall. But I don't think the pilot of the plane in question would give a rat's ass, if you'll pardon the expression. He was on a suicide mission anyway, and squeezed every ounce he could out of the machine.

  • Also, the fire didn't destroy the plane. The impact did. The fire was a by-product. And there was a large amount of debris both in and around the Pentagon. The photos people use to argue otherwise are usually cropped.

  • The impact wouldn't have done it either, for one if this plane shattered, then why does the hole towards the center of the Pentagon get smaller, if this plane shredded up, their is nothing at the Pentagon that tells me a 757 crashed there, nothing. I have seen plenty of pictures of scrap metal, pick up with ease pieces.

    Now tell me why the hole got smaller, the wings and engines disintegrated, and all that remained was scrap metal, seats, landing gear and roasted corpses. Yes, the rest of the plane was there, buried inside the building. It's called inertia. Heavy things take a long time to stop.

  • lol, the F4 phantom video I have seen so many times, for one this is an old ass plane, smashing into a solid block, at the Pentagon this plane was able to smash through the walls, that were made to withstand a missile strike, LMAO.

    Engines won't disintegrate to nothing, their are parts of a jet engine that will not, aka the fan blades, made of titanium, which why they use it, it's strong enough to withstand the shearing forces inside a jet engine, yet a limestone wall was no threat? haha.

  • The Pentagon was built to withstand bomb blasts. I don't think there's anything short of a mountain that can withstand an airliner ramming it. Well, maybe a nuclear reactor containment building. As for the F4 vid, the same principle applies. Take a large object propelled at high speed and slam it into a larger object and you get *poof*. -continued-

    Well, I just can't see it happening, I sit here and try to imagine a 757 buzzing my head, at 530MPH, and I just can't see it, and it's not that I am preventing myself from doing so, I just can't see it happening.

    Also, the impact hole on the Pentagon represents more of a head-on impact, versus the angled impact told by the government, also, how do you explain all these witnesses that were in this area on 9/11, even Pentagon policemen.

  • The blades of a turbofan engine are made to withstand shearing through AIR, not bricks, steel, concrete and limestone. In the 14 years I have spent as an aviation mechanic, I have seen many things that can destroy turbofan blades. Rocks, unsecured luggage trailers, morons leaving tools where they shouldn't be, even large birds can break those blades. Titanium is not the end all be all metal. It can be broken quite easily, in fact. We only use it on planes because it is light.

  • Well, my dad has been a mechanic for over 20 years, Piedmont, Boeing, Northwest, and Delta to name a few. Well, to much is missing from the Pentagon, as one would expect of a plane crash, I have seen comparable crashes, maybe not with a building, but I have seen a 757 that had it's tail sheered off, at 35,000 feet, and more of it remained when it hit the ground.

  • That's typical of high altitude crashes. The debris bounces and scatters about. Makes one hell of a mess. We had a downed helo in Bosnia that was scattered around so much it looked like 3 of them had balled up. People are so used to seeing the plane hitting the ground at a shallow angle that they can't wrap their minds around what happens when one runs into something that's perpendicular to its flight path. This is the first time ANYONE has seen this kind of crash. It's friggin scary.

    Also, then explain the presence of more airliner looking debris at the WTC, it not only impacted a steel building, but came down with the building, and I see whole sections, of 4-5 windows, nothing like that at the Pentagon, or in Shanksville, another mystery. It's ironic, that the two planes that seemed to have vanished almost 90% are 757s, and the two in NYC were 767's, and more remains of them, ironic in my opinion.

  • I couldn't explain that to you any more than the next guy. All I can contribute is that the Pentagon and Shanksville were perpendicular impacts with massive, solid faces instead of hollow structures. I'm thinking that the steel beams just sort of slap-chopped the planes into big chunks.

  • lol, the WTC were perpendicular impacts, well, until I see that 757 come across that lawn clearly, I don't believe it was a 757, also, explain why the FDR information produced an odd animation, that shows the plane well above the altitude to have hit 5 poles, also, in another part of this documentary, they corrected it with the correct altimeter and temperature reading, which actually at the correct setting for that day, and time, actually makes the plane higher than the FDR animation presents.

  • Look around for some more pics, there are photos of the power turbine section from one of the engines. It is made of titanium as well, and all of its blades are stripped off. There are also some photos of the center drive head from one of the fans. All the blades are torn off. As I said, they are far from indestructible. I think the only thing that survived relatively unscathed was one of the landing gear trailing arms. They found it in the central plaza, all the way through all 5 rings.

  • I have seen those pictures, and they have done analysis on those, comparing the sections to real 757 Rolls-Royce engines, even a spokesman for Rolls-Royce, had never seen anything of the sort on a RB211 engine.

  • Rolls Royce wasn't the only company to make engines for the 757. Pratt Whittney made 3 models: the PW2037, PW2040 and PW2043. Could have been one of those.

  • True, but the engines for American 77 was equipped with Rolls-Royce RB211's.

  • Somebody got their wires crossed, then. What was there in the photos, and according to 3 men to whom I would trust my life, was an American Airlines jet, mangled nearly beyond recognition. Answer me this: when the tapes do come out, as they one day must, will you say they are fake when the plane is clearly visible in them?

  • Nothing that has been released clearly shows a AA757, and if they do come, emphasis on "if" I would be able to tell real from CGI, as well as many other people, and you know their would be people that would analyse the video.

    On topic- Great job animation by showing the location of eyewitnesses of north pathway. Font could be bigger and u could pause dor the readers to see whats written.

  • Great work jdxLC. I got my copy in the mail yesterday. A thorough demonstration of how the government's own evidence contradicts the possibility of Flt 77 striking the Pentagon on the alleged "south of Citgo" flight path.
