what you need to do is clap very hard a couple times this will help you to start feeling some energy close your eyes relax your breathing and imagine a white beam shining between your palms slowly move your hands closer and then further apart but not to far to begin with keep it under one foot of distance

try doing this during some meditation when you achieve the desired energy in your psi ball you can put it up to your head (crown chakra) for some fun
