Introduction to Preparing Homemade Kefir

Hi, what can be the reason of kefir not multiplying? I had mine over 4 weeks ago and although it has clumped more if doesn't seem to grow. Thank you.

Mandy86lynn, kefir is a fermented dairy beverage. It does contain benefeicial bacteria, also known as probiotics. The kefiring process restores enzymes and bacteria to milk that is pasteurized. The pasteurization process removes many beneficial things that the kefir process will add back.
