you can actually send the triggers directly from the outputs of an mpc (at least on some models) you just have to find samples of trigger pulses, look it up for a better description

I tried a bit before I had posted that and it wasn't working for me, but it may of been a bad link. I got a DR-110 recently and I really want to midi-mod it. But having a hard time really figuring out how I should do it. (I'm very ammature at this stage) Did you use a highly liquid kit? any chance you could help me figure out how to mod mine with midi? I would be so greatful!!! >:U
Thanks for the midi triggering guide! You didn't happen to copy out the info for the tonal mods that were on Resonant Frequency did you? That site was such a loss -- sooooo comprehensive.
Great mod ! Well, any reference for how to do these mods ? appreciated, Thanks ;)

Great !!
how can you externally trig the clap section ? it needs "two triggers" (it has to trig inputs IIIx xxxI)
Why 8 inputs ?
WoggleBugX 2 years ago
only using 6 trig inputs as only the 6 drum sounds are triggered.
trig guide link in vid description

google the circuit diagram. it should be pretty obvious if you follow the signal paths.

it's sad, I'm pretty sure the site you mention on page is gone now. (pretty sure there are still sites with the same information though)
