Praise teams have excluded the congregation out of devotion service. Churches used to sing songs that everyone can participate in. Now you have praise teams singing songs that the congregation can't participate in, because the song is sung in 7 part harmony with 3 bridges and 2 vamps.

Old time Holy Ghost filled songs, when they hit you, you don't care how you look, how you sound, who's watching you, you're just gone.
