But which version of D-X are you referring to? 'Cause there's at least three versions (the Attitude Era version with him, Shawn Michaels, and Chyna and when he ran D-X he brought X-Pac and The New Age Outlaws on board), the 2006 version with just him and Michaels when they put the McMahons in their place and fought Rated-RKO, and the 2009-2010 version with just him and Michaels and their hazing the pint-sized Hornswoggle).

The reason Kennedy was fired, is because he botched a backdrop on Orton's hypermobile shoulders. It wasn't the first time, either. He's botched his move sets on many other wrestling performers throughout his career. He's very unprofessional. On top of the fact that he's gotten himself injured off and on. Eventually, it all contributed to his release.
