  • Happy Birthday, Maestro! Thank you for your great Beethoven and Mahler. During this period I have been playing over and over your new recording of the nine symphonies with overtures. Also, I obtained the DVD of the Mahler No. 8. recently, but I don't have it with me while I'm out of town. Thanks to YouTube I can experience the Eighth today on your birthday.
