I think this is good, and highlights her character quite well; Stella strikes me as being both a tragic and joyful character from what information we've been given regarding Versus thus far, and this track does a good job of portraying those aspects imo. I think it could maybe benefit from some soft orchestration in the background at times, perhaps some violins and a bit more bass at times - but that's just me. Good job! :]

They didn't say Serah died either, did they? I've been avoiding spoilers, so maybe they did. Well, in that conversation she had with Noctis in the in-game cutscene from a while back, they were both talking about how they could see a "light", which was supposed to mean that they were close to death or something along those lines. But like I said, it's good. :D

well there were pictures of serah being frozen and how lightning must save her throughout the main quest, ergo, there's the main quest

but for stellah, there's nothing, so i dont think she has any sort of tragedy or suffering that we need a sorrow theme for
