  • People should add that plyometrics are only people who are advanced in increasing their vertical. for a not properly trained athlete they are a big danger as it is quite easy to injure yourself when doing plyometrics, they are the last unit in a macro circle training your vertical

  • these are hardly plyometric exercises as the demand on the stretch shortening cycle is very low. these would be considered movement efficiency type exercises that are promoting forefoot dominance.

  • @alejovj7 Watch my 7 part series and do all seven parts in one workout. Try and do the workout two times per week giving yourself at least 3 days of rest in between.

  • damn i have 37inch vertical leap off two legs but my one leg jump is too weak(31-32 inch maybe) i should have work on these exercises maybe.

  • besides twisting my sack on the skaters, these exercises are legit. i feel the improvement taking place. i recommend wearing compression shorts to support the sack.

How many inches wuld I gain in the 1st 4 weeks and by the end?

  • @TheJerkawokeez best advice on earth is dunk untill da exaust that made me gain about 3 inches in 2weeks & if u cant still dunk, dunk a low rim & then raise it a litle bit more every month or when u feel its time
