I had 1 experience with tom back in the day. He worked at the pro shop at commack veteren's lanes. He was so rude to me I promised never to get another ball again from him.
I LOVED the plastic ball idea....but they laid down Cheetah, and cut the oil volume down by 50%....it played like a house shot, just look at the scores...for example, Chris Barnes went 790 820 830 in the first 3 games of each of his match play matches.....no chance of coming close to that if they bowled with regular oil volume on Shark or Chameleon, lets try that next year and see who does well....
