  • I would be really carefull with these type of exercises, one bad movement and your shoulder can pop out...

  • Thanks for the drill. I do the one where you hold something and take it over your shoulders, but I did it standing and arched my back, kind of defeating the object. I will try it on the floor. Thanks! I love your channel :)
