@qban221 That's not true. You can pray outloud anywhere you like.. be it by yourself or in large groups holding hands. You can pray at school, work, in the mall, or on the sidewalk. It doesn't matter when or where. To say that you can't openly pray would be a direct violation of the first amendment. However, the prayer cannot be led by someone who is in charge of or officiating an assembly that is sponsored or funded by the government (like public school sporting events or courtrooms).

Between 1760 and 1805 34% of all quotes cited by them were directly from the Bible. In 1811 a lower court made this ruling which was later cited by the supreme court. Many of the original founders and early statesman remained in Congress in 1979, a mere 9-10 years after the Constitution was penned, and they UNANIMOUSLY, and according to newspaper record 'without dissent or quarrel, signed and ratified the treaty. President Adams in regards to the treaty, when signing it: 'And I do hereby enjoin... all other citizens or inhabitants thereof...to observe and fulfill'
