Where she comes from, they tell it like it is quickly so that they don't waste their energy. I like Abbey as Abbey. A person who was acclimated to a low-oxygen environment would have a red blood cell count that is massively higher than that of someone used to a high-oxygen environment. When such a person is quickly moved to a high-oxygen environment, their strength and endurance will be enormous.
