Yes the Healing factor does help, but Deadpool doesn't rely on his healing factor in his fighting. Deadpool is clearly the better fighter. I Don't doubt Boba's hunting and "trap laying" skills, but i just don't think he could handle a shoot out/brawl against the superior fighting skills of Deadpool. Boba's good, but not that good.

Firstly, Deadpool's pseudo-immortality has nothing to do with his being given a healing factor. Wade Wilson was cursed with life by Thanos, to keep him away from Thanos's beloved Death.
Secondly, while Deadpool is a little mentally disturbed, he still has his intelligence, it's not like he is useless.
Finally, I'd just like to semi-agree on one thing. While the aforementioned toxins would not truly be able to end Deadpool's life, they would likely be able to incapacitate him to an extent.
I'm gonna start by saying this: I'm a much bigger Star Wars fan than a comic book fan (any comics, even Star Wars comics). You're saying IF Deadpool didn't have his mutant abilities, well then he wouldn't BE Deadpool. Just some random, normal guy. So right there, the fight (if it ever could happen) wouldn't happen. Firstly, Deadpool's pseudo-immortality has nothing to do with his being given a healing factor. Wade Wilson was cursed with life by Thanos, to keep him away from Thanos's beloved Death.
Secondly, while Deadpool is a little mentally disturbed, he still has his intelligence, it's not like he is useless.
Finally, I'd just like to semi-agree on one thing. While the aforementioned toxins would not truly be able to end Deadpool's life, they would likely be able to incapacitate him to an extent.

I'm gonna start by saying this: I'm a much bigger Star Wars fan than a comic book fan (any comics, even Star Wars comics). You're saying IF Deadpool didn't have his mutant abilities, well then he wouldn't BE Deadpool. Just some random, normal guy. So right there, the fight (if it ever could happen) wouldn't happen. While I'm not saying it's impossible to incapacitate DP, Boba would be hard pressed to find a way. It is somewhat of an unfair fight, seeing as Boba is, in the end, powerless. DP FTW

Well, Boba fet also lives in another glaexy in another time, so I agree that it's unlikely those two would ever have an encounter. While your points about taking away the intervention of deadpool's mutation are valid, they are moot. The arguement isn't about who would win with unique powers aside. Granted, any such hypothedical argeuemnts are tongue and cheek. Anyway- it's not a fair fight. Dealpool vs. wolverine or Boba Fett vs. Jango Fett would have been much better.
