Psp 1000 is better to me because it seems harder and stronger but the only parts that drawl me to the psp 2000 or 3000 is the led screen seems better and it is adaptive to the tv wire which you can buy at GameStop or Target or Walmart the psp 1000 is not. But I still like the psp 1000 more and I'm hoping you guys will make ps vita review (which is the psp 2 if you have never herd of it) you can pre order at GameStop.

You Guys ROCK!!! You should do Cx's for Sony!!!LOL! At any rate, i bought my nephew a 3000 a few weeks ago which mysteriously DISAPPEARED into thin air. So today I took him back to Gamestop to get another one but he was sold on the 1000 by a smooth talking customer service dude. I came home and immediately got online to research the differences as he told us there were NO differences between the two. So I will now go back and add a few buck to it and get the 3000. @alkim345 I got my PSP 1000 for $20, first PSP I've ever owned, like 3 weeks ago. Last night I upgraded/downgraded the firmware to 5.50m33, and did it without a pandora battery. When I bought it, it had 6.37 firmware, so I upgraded to 6.39, then ran the downgrade tool to downgrade to 6.20, then to 5.50-GEND3, then ran hellcat downgrader to put it at 5.50d33. Lovin the ability to play UMD games saved on memstick. Not to mention the nice homebrew apps.

About 20 hours ago I upgraded my system software from 6.37 up to 6.39. Then after I was on 6.39, I ran the downgrader to change my system software from 6.39 Sony software, to the custom software 5.50-GEND3 system software. Then, since I needed certain functionality, I downgraded to 5.50-D33-6 custom firmware. Now I can download and play UMDs I don't own.

PSP 1000,PSP 3000 are both awesome psp systems .I don't see anything different among them.The only thing I can find a little different is how the PSP 1000 is easier to mod as long as you don't upgrade it.But if you do upgrade it.You can always downgrade it with a pandora battery .And you can also Add snes,sega genesis emulators and playstatation games onto it.But with the psp 3000 you can't even really mod it .Or add sega genesis or snes emulators onto it.or even use a pandora battery on it

PSP 1000 is better for me........because 1st of all is it doesn't get fingerprints anywhere on the PSP but the screen.2nd it has same graphics of the PSP 2000 and PSP 3000.3rd it has a really comfortable grip.My dad has a PSP 1000. and my uncle has the 2000. and i really think that the PSP 1000 is the of them all.(nice review by the way,you really review it the right way and of course that's a good think ill subscribe.

@kanni368 i can tell you the different between all those psp 1000 has 32 ram of memory so loading a umd can be a pain in the ass BUT psp 2000 and 3000 have 64 ram of memory so the umd will load double the speed then the 1000 like 3 -5 sec diffence each loading.In comparison to the PSP-2000, the PSP-3000 PSP Slim & Lite (with enhanced screen + built in microphone)has an improved LCD screen with an increased color range, five times the contrast ratio, half the pixel response time. check wikipedia
