Good barricade is in the food shop beside the cinema entrance, just get all the stools and plants and place them at the entrance correctly and then no zombies can get in, there's also the windows by the tables that you can smash to get in and out.

here is how to makke it to 7 day survivor, first get the mega buster, then fill you're stock with GOOD food, next go to the place and make a barricade, or go over where carlito was, then get all the food from the food court and put the food where carlito was and wait, get a pc or something to keep you entertained for 10 hours and keep watch of you're health oh and you will need the three books, i took my pc and played resident evil 4 while waiting. if you dont stay enertained you will go insane.

It's a nice theory however...

Keeping the high ground is your best bet for survival as the zombies can't climb.

There's no point building a barricade as it can be broken by Psychos and zombies. Also, having a collection of good foods is the key to survival however, having a full inventory of cooked meat (for example) will only last you a maximum of about 24 hours (1 day) and simply holding up in the food court will not allow to to survive the whole 7 days.

Well, back before the 360 update that allowed you to "install" the game to you HDD, I simply didn't do much!

Understanding that by constantly moving around and changing areas forces the console to load textures and models. This puts strain on the processor(s) and as such they require more energy. Unfortunately, this energy consumption also increases the temperature of the components and as such, you're soon looking at a 360 corpse.

The best way to avoid this is stay still for as long as poss!

No, but when you have to go 2 work just pause it until you come back.

You can change that within your X-box settings. The other problem you may then face is your wireless controller turning off after a short period of time.This can be solved with a plug and play charge kit though :)

dude one day when i got rally bored in infinity mode i made a base in the north plaza. i just used some carts and cleared the cutlery shop. 2 well placed carts can stop any zombie's entry. plus infinite bladed weps. and a nearby food store

Besides, if you've actually tried for the achievements, you'll know that you can't simply stay in one place for the 10-14 hours (depending on if you're going for 7 days or not).

After the 7day survivor achievement pops up, walk into the nearest mob of brain eaters and pop your clogs. When prompted if you would like to save any data, accept and you'll now find a lovely pair of boxer shorts and a laser sword for all you're troubles :)

then make the barricade its perfect and effective
