I don't play Civilization IV but I play Spore and The Sims 2 and I enjoy those games with a couple of hundred game mods, hacks, extreme cheats because if I'm going to play a game I want to win and I hate war in Spore so I modded it so I only have war every two to three hours of gameplay which I'm sure they have mods like that for Civilization you could use or try out so you aren't peeved by pointless distractions.

In proper grammar, you can use a comma before a the "and" in a list or you can exclude it.

It depends on which grammar snob you are talking to whether this is an issue or not.

Paper Towns is soooooo good! I'm still reading it. In fact, after I do this I'm going to go finish it. :)

I've been to live podcasts on Ustream. The quality was great, but it would lag and then not lag. The chat isn't as nice as blogtv, but then again that was like months ago when was there. If you're scheduled or a big deal, they sometimes give more bandwidth too.
