@spongedue When you start it up, the splash screen has an option for Widescreen. Its ticked by default. Untick it.

hey i was wondering how to merge two clips together in 1 clip.. we had to shoot two people doing something but we shot them both one at a time.

For the life of me I cannot find out how to create a few seconds of blank space.

For instance if I have two clips I'd like to click and drag the second one to the right and leave a 3 second gap between them.

Or a blank screen with audio starting then the video comes in at a later time instead of always having to do some transition like fading between the two since they are always side by side. I don't even need to use transitions....I just want a gap in the timeline...thats it.

Man I'm mad.

Thats easy to do. You need to you the 2nd timeline with the number 1and the little movie reel next to it. Just drag your clip slightly to the right and it leaves a blank gap between it

Whenever I drag a clip into the 2nd timeline it does the overlay track thing. It resizes the video so it's smaller. I've never figured out how to get a 2nd timeline that does not do that overlay crap.

Yeah you can drag them and create time gaps...but that doesn't mean anything if it is doing the video overlays.

With the track manager you can insert up to 6 overlay tracks but still only have the one video track which cannot be duplicated or anything.

I'm still VERY MAD.

Well if you want it to fit the video window like mine has i use the WMV 720p option when i render it. Try that

I did, but it was also under the option of pocket PC video size, so I just published it in full MPEG HD video format, it worked.

@WannaBeActor1 Your welcome yes there is. When you place a clip down click on the 'edit' option in the grey box to the right of the viewing screen. And theres a 'Reverse Video' button it makes the video play backwards kinda like a rewind effect. Hope that helps

@FinlandiMikko Hey for Slow Motion clips. Right click on the clip you wonna slow or speed up. Click "Playback Speed" then move the bar along to slow it down or speed it up 100 is normal speed. Hope that helps. Your Welcome
