It is such a shame Melitta... To re-visit the places we knew and see the awful mess we seem to be making of things. But then I think, maybe we were just too lucky and we lived through such a beautiful era.

I see what you mean.It's horrible:no character;nothing! At 1.38 there is a perfect example of that awful concrete next to pretty buildings.And they call this progress!! No thanks:it's totally unnecessary and all the life and character has been squeezed out.
This is the tiniest country in Europe and was once one of the prettiest:what a sad reflection of a total waste of money spent on destroying all character.Lovely song.

Die modernen Bauten passen einfach nicht ins Landschaftsbild.
Ansonsten sehr schöne Aufnahmen. Die Melodie höre ich auch immer wieder gerne.

How sad when all the history is taken away and replaced with these bleak concrete buidings Melitta.
The old buildings should be preserved.
