after every probe you build you select them all then press a mineral patch. What are you doing?

manner pylon, you warp it right in front of one mineral patch that is one cell behind the two patches on either side of it, blocking the probes inside

so when you hot key something and can you cancel it ?

like if i hot key probe for 1 and I hot key a zealot with 1 too.

but i want to cancel the probe and only use zealot when i hit 1 .. is any way i can cancel that probe ?

think i know what u mean :). yes. press shifthold it and left click the probe prtrait in the control group. that deselcets the unwanted probe. after that u name it with ctrl-1 again so the new group is without exedentaly groupd probe/probes.

if u want just the zealot in the hotkey instead of the probe

select only the zealot and hit "ctrl+1"

the newly assigned hotkey will overwrite the previous one.

you can hotkey over other hotkeys youve made before.

so if you select a probe and then hotkey it to 1 when you press one the probe will be selected. after than, if you select a zealot (only a zealot, not a zealot and the probe) and hotkey it to 1 when you press 1 the zealot will be selected, not the probe.

you just select whatever you want to replace as that hotkey.

so your probe is 1.

just select a zealot, ctrl 1

zealot is now 1

probe is nothing.
