Did she say something about coming to the United States? There was no United States then. The Puritans would have said something like going to the colonies, or more likely, going to (name of colony) (now a state, of course.)

The Puritans were not liked in England, they were too sober, too 'prissy' , too intolerant, they were the religious fundamentalists of their day.

Whatever their perceived faults, they were brave to sail 3000 miles across the Atlantic in those little ships to a hostile land.

this isn't very accurate. They were Calvinists who believed in predestination and you had to be a person who knew they were chosen by God already to be apart of the church. Puritan was also a derogatory term for this sect of protestant which meant they were extremists. I do like the images you chose though. A little fast on the talking so it was hard to follow and as Berfromdec said, it is really low. :(
