She's singing acoustic, people! Dancing/screaming her lyrics during an acoustic set is awkward. I went to her acoustic show in LA and it's definitely a different vibe than concerts. Acoustic is more of a peaceful setting (like at a coffee shop) rather than at a concert where people are dancing/screaming the lyrics during a song. If you start screaming, you will look obnoxious, and people (like me) would give you dirty looks or be blunt and tell you to shut up because no one could hear.
