PS3/360/PC version is the the gameplay footage you saw in the trailer with the life like graphics that looks like you're the movie(s). Wii/PS2 version is stylized and has cartoony graphics. DS version is stylized and cartoony as well but in that version you actually play as the four ghostbusters and you alternate between the four during gameplay.
