Sorry, that is an entirely unfalsifiable statement (just like chi lines). Bertrand Russell wrote about what a load of cant it was when in New York they held that masturbation caused mental illness: nobody credible held it seriously, but challenging it openly would damage an individual's credibility. If you want to be taken seriously, develop a quantifiable standard definition of "success" and use a statistical model to discover any correlation to masturbation.

Even then, you wouldn't be able to demonstrate causation. Perhaps a laboratory experiment could be conducted based on some aptitude test given to post-orgasmic individuals and controls.
