Herro, I'm a lurker that's rather fond of your svids. You sense of timing and editing is marvellous... except for this vid.

The clips, the way you use them, how you've cut them together with the music is amazing. It's beautiful. All of it however ruined by the use of text. It's distracting, annoying and rather ruins the whole video.

Haha, thanks. But I was rather tired of simply timing vids and wanted to add something extra. And since the lyrics, I dunno, fit with HBP and what I wanted to do, that's how I did it. And it was a bit of a bitch to do, but I appreciate your comment nonetheless.

I also did this with trailer cut-ups and the few scenes IGN put up for download so I had to distract from my utter lack of footage. It was almost 40 seconds shorter but I had an anal fit and decided it really wasn't working.

Actually, no. I like the titles and when people get sick of seeing the same HBP clips over and over, which is inevitable, the titles give it something extra to look at.

I understand when there are normal subtitles in the footage, that is annoying, but my titles are artistic and animated. And only in the beginning really until the song picks up. I always second guess myself with my vids but I actually like this one. Especially the titles.

So thank you for your candidness but I'm good.

No worries and while I do agree that the titles give you something extra, perhaps a little more care with them would be better.

The font it's self is a little blurry and detracts from the whole and sometimes even the artistic and animated ones take something away.

By all means use titles, but try to make sure they fit better.

The odd colours, though contrasty seem too random to fit in.

I actually forgot to say this earlier but...

Don't second guess yourself with your videos. they're lovely work and are only going to get better with time a practice. Feel free to experiment and throw caution to the wind.

Wow... You have really outdone yourself Rorania.. The timing, voice-overs etc, it all fits so perfect.
