Capcom already confirmed Poison to be a girl in both America and Japan. They only said she was a guy back in 1990 because it was looked down upon to beat on girls in video games. Anyone who's still arguing for Poison to be a guy is secretly into transgender males.

Unless Poison got surgery to get curves, thighs, biceps, etc. of a female, which I don't even think is possible, she's definitely a girl. Although Capcom rather not release a full on official gender for her because this is part of what brings attention to the games shes in.

Capcom had the idea of localizing the game early during it's production and she was changed for all regions including Japan, because Capcom feared the response form other countries. However you are correct about Capcom not fully disclosing Poison's gender. leading to more annoying confursion.

Guy has rivals such as Gen and Akuma some of the strongest fighters in SF .... and in the SF Alpha Manga , Guy beats Evil Ryu , In the Udon comics Cody beats up Ryu like hes nothing... Its fairly obvious Capcom considered Cody/Guy as very strong warriors ...

Your EVO example was so bad because if you know how to juggle opponents in the air, knock them to the other side of the screen, continue juggling, and follow up with a special, then I prove my point (SF only). Why dont you try out SSF4 before making that remark... The major SF series play totally different from each other SF2,SF Alpha , SF3 and SF4...
In SF4 , you can barely hit a 10 hit combo before the scaling kicks in...

I found SF1, 2, and then Alpha to be distasteful and really didn't enjoy playing them. On top of that, 2D graphics aren't my thing. Putting aside graphics, Tekken has more combos attached to each fighter and the fighting animation is a bit more realistic, not toony, lol.

I'm a hardcore fan of both. I grew up on SF but TK pushed fighting games 2 a new level. I loved both rosters from the start. Have remained a loyal fan 2 both. Can't wait 4 this & Namco's version. Would love 2 c Bob & Rufus throw it down. This was a great video btw. Loved it.

@Night7Child There is no "if" because the Tekken Team are going to make the style exactly like the Tekken Series onto TKxSF with Ryu being in 3D with the rest.
Also, I see "Graphics" take a matter to you when it's suppose to be the Gameplay that matters more than just "Graphics" which they achieved.
But there are people sticking with just SF Version or TK Version or both of them.

@ricyorb Actually it can work both ways in both Tekken and SF it's easy as hell to execute a hadouken throughout the entire game and winning the match, but going against a pro this won't work. Now in Tekken this is EXACTLY the same in Tekken a bunch of spammers won't do SHIT on a pro that knows how to block, parry, juggle with combos, etc. both games take an excruciating amount of skill. Just look at some of the Tekken gameplay videos at EVO tournaments and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Guy has rivals such as Gen and Akuma some of the strongest fighters in SF .... and in the SF Alpha Manga , Guy beats Evil Ryu , In the Udon comics Cody beats up Ryu like hes nothing... Its fairly obvious Capcom considered Cody/Guy as very strong warriors ...

@ShadokenPSO Point being you were born in like, what - 97? You cannot tell me about any REALLY SUCCESSFUL game that I haven't already played. I found SF1, 2, and then Alpha to be distasteful and really didn't enjoy playing them. On top of that, 2D graphics aren't my thing. Putting aside graphics, Tekken has more combos attached to each fighter and the fighting animation is a bit more realistic, not toony, lol.

@ShadokenPSO I like Tekken A LOT. I like ALL the King characters (more King II as the original King died between 2 & 3) so this video wasn't bad at all. I probably won't get the game due to the graphics. I heard it was going to have SF graphics and those suck compared to Tekken 6 graphics. My brother loves the SF characters, but even he agreed that they should use Tekken's graphics.

@Night7Child There is no "if" because the Tekken Team are going to make the style exactly like the Tekken Series onto TKxSF with Ryu being in 3D with the rest.
Also, I see "Graphics" take a matter to you when it's suppose to be the Gameplay that matters more than just "Graphics" which they achieved.

@ricyorb Actually it can work both ways in both Tekken and SF it's easy as hell to execute a hadouken throughout the entire game and winning the match, but going against a pro this won't work. Now in Tekken this is EXACTLY the same in Tekken a bunch of spammers won't do SHIT on a pro that knows how to block, parry, juggle with combos, etc. both games take an excruciating amount of skill. Just look at some of the Tekken gameplay videos at EVO tournaments and you'll see what I'm talking about.

@ricyorb Street fighter is all button mashing. that game is not better(if not worse) than tekken! street fighter characters are weaker than tekken characters and tekken also has a better story line to know where the characters came from.. so just shut up and go play your SCRUBBY street fighter...

@GameAtHeart Seriously, all bullshit aside. I'm playing the Prince of Persia: Sands of time Trilogy. Yes, that would be the one with cheese block graphics compared to today's graphics. Why? Storyline, GAMEPLAY, semi challenging (on hard mode). Really...fighting games I like, but they are at the bottom of my list. Not much gameplay involved even when you know the moves. Anyway, don't take any of this as offense. These are my thoughts on the matter. Don't like it? Move on.
