NASTY WAL-MARTS - WILLOW LANE MCDONOUGH AND HUDSON BRIDGE RD

Some improvements have been made, but subsequent to this video, the Hudson Bridge Wal-mart restrooms are not cleaned after the day shift leaves. On 3/6/2010 at 730pm, the restrooms hadn't been checked since 3 or 4pm, and there was menstrual blood that was on the floor in the ladies' room. This means, every woman who used that stall who did not see it, stepped in the blood and tracked blood on their shoes through all of the Hudson Bridge Rd. Wal-mart over several hours time during the weekend.

The Wal-mart in the video had an incidence of someone getting a bacterial throat infection from the McDonald's in the Wal-mart shortly after the video was made.

I guess when something like that happens to you, you will think differently about what customer service actually means.

Now two years later, the entire staff of McDonald's has changed over 2 or 3 times.

I am so proud to say that I have not stepped foot in a Wal-Mart or spent any money at one since January 7, 2007! The Wal-Mart in McDonough GA started the ball rolling to force me to boycott this monopoly. One day Coke is .98 very next day it is 1.08 w/ signs all over drink box saying "price rollback". And don't get me started about the customer no service desk that treated me like a criminal over a pair of pants for 11.84. I now happily save money shopping elsewhere: Target, CVS, Walgreens!

I go to the one with the bad mcdonalds and boy i got a story to tell you. On July 24th i went to that mcdonalds and bought a Quarterpounder with cheese and with a large fries. later that night, i had to go to the hospital and i had to have surgery because i had bacteria in my throat. luckely they washed the bacteria out and i never went to that walmart again.

Yes and no... you can't take out the trash that hasn't been taken out all day or clean up the mess without a plunger/toilet brush. The most you can do is not pee on the floor. The restrooms have to be maintained by staff, so this is not exclusive to customer usage.

Walmart restrooms are available to their associates and well as the public,We as public need to take some of the blame for the restooms so when dropping names don't public.

Slim, I know what you were trying to say. Public restrooms are just what they say...for DA PUBLIC.......I just hold my breath and hope nothing jumps out at me. I visit several different places and parks and there are always Nasty people. I hope someone visits the concerned customer and SSSSSSSSS all over her floor, mop, and mouth. I'm pretty sure that the people that works at Stores cleaning up after grown Ice people should get a reward for simply keeping toilet tissue in the dang stall.

I know from working customer service jobs that people expect a clean restroom, so what does that say about you? You must not clean your own restroom, or report the problems? Not everyone is nasty, and most people don't try to make messes, so the bottom line is these restrooms aren't being checked on an hourly basis. I don't wish that you ever get food poisoning or exposed to E. Coli just because employees are lazy and don't clean up and wash up-but saying stuff about me won't solve your problem.

Right, which is why they regulate them as they do, since they have people handling meat in the Deli Department and when the restaurants like Subway and McDonald's are in the Wal-mart stores. No one wants to be exposed to E. coli, do you guys???

I own my own business, and I have done customer service jobs for 10 years. The Health Department has been out there, so obviously by the standards that they have, they felt that these conditions are of concern. I shop at Wal-mart, and from a business owner's perspective, this is never acceptable. This is no way to run a business that thrives on customer service.Thanks for asking, I cleaned my toilets today! This crazy person probably messed up the restroom theirself. If this is a lady........Ish, go home and use your own $h!+. If this is a man...stop acting like a Beeeeeeeotch. Do you have a job? There is too much going on in this world for people to be traveling store to store looking at toilets. Did you get fired from a Walmart recently? Do you want to work for Walmart? Next time you drop names like you did that customer service mgr, be prepared to show your Nasty********** toilet.
