It floats because of the tires... They are really big and full of air... Which makes it hard for it to sink... Yes the Truck weighs a ton, but water is thicker and more pressurized than Air... Air Floats... Water doesn't... If the Air tried going under the water, It would float back up... Plus there is Oxygen inside of water... But that Air is slightly different, Its difficult to explain but you can experiment with this...
