i liked this vid, you would be surprised how many live and breathe what celebrities are doing to get in shape, because everyone wants to be just like them, so proving that its not all there is good
All you need to eat healthy is peanut butter. I eat at least 10 Tbsp a day. Also fast food can be a healthy option b/c it tells you how many calories are in their food. Not hard to keep track.
they do work but after a while i get bored of them. like theres this one work out, its hard to explain, its like you're on your side and your lifting one leg up and then back down. I can do like 150 if i wanted but it takes to long and its boring after three years so now i just do 50.
i used to do the britney spears work out you guys posted, but i still had a whole nother routine to do, and i realized i was doing like two hours of working a day.
A healthy body image is essential for all of society to improve its weight problem whether it is overweight issues or eating disorders. And for all sides to understand and rectify the issue.
If you believe this to be true, stop purchasing those magazines and clicking those links. Otherwise you ARE supporting it and not contributing to change.
Potentially for some people. I know i am eating out a lot less.
But consider that some urban areas around the country lack proper grocery stores or a means for a family to garden. For these families the cheapest meal for them may be the dollar menu.
Furthermore, i am eating less these days. But not necessarily in a good way. I am just broke. That isn't quite healthy
One thing is for sure, sales at grocery stores have improved with the economy.
This is absolutely true, I have justmoved from a major city to a very small town, with only 2 grocery stores, and I have had a VERY difficult time finding the healthy alternatives & supplements that I am used to, on top of that there is only fast food and greasy spoon diners in this area, so it comes as no surprise to me that most of the area is so overweight..
I have talked to the grocers about carrying specific things, and one of them has actually included some things in his inventory.
Good info. You actally believe some of the myths of diet and exercise those magazines put out. Best exercise magazine for women is Robert Kenedy OXYGEN.
Keep in mind that celebrities are PAID to look good. It's not like they are trying to fit in exercise IN ADDITION TO their 12 hour workday. Staying fit is PART of their workday.
I was traveling in LA and did not want to bring the large camera across the country - if you notice the rest of our videos have great audio. And we did use a shot gun mic :)
the camera that I used is our small mini HD camera that we started out with. Surprisingly it does have a mic input! I used to tape my audio separately using a pod cast application and sync it up with the camera! How far we've come...
I always thought those celebrity workouts were rubbish. I saw the supposed "300 workout". There's no way those guys got all those huge muscles doing only what was in the magazine.
I think it needs to be mentioned that most of the spartans in 300 were bodybuilders or stunt men to start with so they already had that base level physique
Don't believe everything you read in the magazines. They say the celebrities do these specific workouts when they are actually just a photo spread - often trainers that have never trained the celebrity are the ones giving the workout
hot...both pf them. just hot

you have to be joking?

hey people does boxing help in fat burning >

Yes it does. One of the best workouts that incorporates boxing or martial arts is Bas Ruten and P90X, I have found.

Hawaii8087, I wonder if any obesity studies have come out studying the recession's effect on diet. Being broke could be healthy.

I'm looking up that "300 Workout" as we speak. Men's Health has it online. Here it is for anyone interested:
a) Pullups - 25 reps
b) Deadlifts with 135lbs - 50 reps
c) Pushups - 50 reps
d) 24-inch Box jumps - 50 reps
e) Floor wipers - 50 reps
f) Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps
g) Pullups - 25 reps
