  • Hello!Deehong,

Thank you so much for watching Korean Cuisine.

Yes,It does add flavor when you add some kelp.

we can also add kelp, when you making soup too.

    Have a delicious day:)

  • yummmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ooh it looks delicious! i think i'll make this for an event this weekend!!

  • What's the purpose of the kelp in the process of steaming rice? does it add flavor? make the texture different? I see it in soup alot. :D

  • I don't know exactly, but you usually steam the kelb along with the rice when making sushi-like dishes or this chubab. It adds just a little bit of flavour and I also think the rice is not so sticky. In soup you use it to make a broth or soup stock, but it is not eaten and taken out before making the actual soup. What you eat like in myeokgug is seaweed.

  • 초밥 is one of my favorites! 누나 you're very pretty too.

  • looks wonderful! Thanks for the video.

  • great, this is more flavourfl than the Japnese version

  • 1 comment i think lol

  • I am hungry after watching this!
