You can't beat the old Smurfs from the 70s with Father Abraham, I grew up with these, todays Smurfs are not as cool as these ones. Love this, I have this single with this cover too, I am showing my age. Lol xx
iv got it if you wanna hang out and have some vine and some glam sweets with sliver on it we could watch the stud and the bitch and season 5 of dynasty and i will crack open the vine and then slip the smurfs album on contact me x
Thanks darrensl1. That was bugging me. We still have the record somewhere, the old radiogram still works too, They don't build stuff like they used to!
This is such a cheesefest, but actually one of my all time favorite christmas songs ever, as o00scorpion00o has said, it reminds me of being a child, and how different it was then. Ahh, growing up in the 70s, watching Blue Peter, carol singing, nativity plays at school, my rose tinted glasses make me smile. What wonderful memories evoked by this song.
Hey, thanks for the upload. God this takes me back. We had it on an old 45 from Decca records. Does anyone remember what the b side was? I loved this song as it reminds me so much of the time when we were decorating the christmas tree my mother would always turn this on along with an old christmas album of Jim Reeves. I have not heard this song in over 20 years! It's amazing how a song can take you back!
this was my first record.....ever!!!
