regarding your health problems, i will suggest practicing "paleo" lifestyle. I had similar problems (and i'm young still). but changing the way i eat, sleep and reducing stress did wonders. start by checking out rob wolf, but there are many others.

In logic it is the same. If everything is the same thing, then you basically can't tell if anything exists. Also, you can't do simple logic operations. In fact, you can't do anything useful with a situation where only one thing exists.
The only way anything can exist, is if there are multiple things that are "outside" of each other. In other words, we exist because of because of our differences.
However, the good and bad you do, does return. Eventually.
