Dodges the questions. None of the will discuss the Charges for our health care. The people are not using their medical insurance or medicare too much.  It is the charges are too high.

I feel sorry for Rep. Bass. It's really hard to try to defend the indefensible. The Republican mantra is always to cut benefits for the middle and working classes but to permit the rich to keep their wealth. How about a level playing field?

@yarmo28 I really can't remember what I had originally posted, but I agree with you. In fact, knowing that Romney hides some of his wealth in the Cayman Islands, pays only ca. 15% to the IRS (he and his buddies wrote the tax code under Bush Jr.), and is part of the top 1% now that he cannibalized so many companies, it's even more important to vote that hypocritical party out of Congress and to keep them out of the White House.

@duskin99 I might suggest we spread the pain out a little more....hell, Social Security has a surplus, but it was spent on wars and tax cuts. I think if we spread out the pain, we can all make sacrifices to help the Country.  Up till now, it's on the backs of the middle class...cuts in education is a BIG one. That's not gonna help anyone. You may like what the republicans have to offer, but if they keep this up, they're gonna have some trouble in 2012...spread the sacrifices out.

Bass FLAT OUT LIED. In Ryan's plan it calls for a reduction in corporate taxes AND PERSONAL income taxes for the rich. He just LIED by saying the plan ONLY calls for a reduction in the corporate tax. Contrary to his lie, Ryan's plan would lower personal income tax for the rich from 35% to 25%
