i personally know yogi ramesh pandey aka the laughing yogi. and he is not all about the laughter. ill admit that its pretty awkward doing the laughing part but it is only about 1/10 of the whole session. we do a lot of useful breathing techniques and meditations along with postures. really great stuff. you all should give him a chance. and he is full of wisdom too that most of you arent ready for. that is why he focuses his advertising on the laughter part.
