@MasterInsnity I saw Zoo TV at the Las Vegas Silver Bowl with Public Enemy, In 1987 I saw the 4th show of the Joshua Tree tour in Vegas Thomas and Mack. We were out partying in the street the night before during the filming of the Still Havent Found What Im Looking For video. The 360 Tour was just as good!
The Edge added: "It was a relief that I didn't hate myself totally when we finished. I learnt a lot, especially from Jimmy. He made me want to pick up a guitar in the first place."
In case some of you don't know, this is a pro-shot video for the "Zoo TV" tour stop in Washington DC, Aug 1992. However, this seems to be mainly a one camera angle. Seems like this live footage leaked in parts and very raw.
I'm pretty sure ths is 1993 not 92, Zootv started in 93 when Zooropa was relased and was a double tour for Achtung Baby and Zooropa .. there was no touring in 92
No, it was in 92, the zooTV tour started in Florida in february 92, and when Zooropa released, some date were add up but only in Europe and Asia. Iam french and have been a big fan since 1993. BYE
no problem, my favorite album is Achtung baby, I love all the songs in it, especially Until the end, one and love is blindness playing live. Whaou!!! what a performance !!! I really regret not having gone in Zoo TV, I was only 14.
Zoo TV started in early 1992 (Lakeland Florida, USA)
This 1st leg was only indoors in arenas or basketball venues accross the US. All shows sold out since they were one offs in every city. "Zooropa" did not begin until 1993 and was called this only in Europe.
Nice... I saw them at one of the two shows at Yankee Stadium....I wish I saw the D.C. show at RFK ...I've heard it was legendary, but I was too young at the time
He had a guitar player under the stage helping him on this tour. They were much better in spring 1994 on Tuesday at 4 oclock than in summer 1995 at 6oclock.
I absolutely agree! "Until The End of The World" was amazing during the Zoo TV and Zooropa tours in Europe. Bono often went all out at the end, hardly they we he does now for this song. Still a great song live nontheless!
This video is top please check out this video of me an d my mate covering 'Where The Streets Have No Name' by U2 we are both aged 15 and we've been playing guitar for 2 months as a band please comment - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PCU6ra6EHOc

The Edge is the best guitarist in the world. Such haunting melodies, simple but perfect. No other guitarist writes music like him.

Best of the best show: ZooTV rule. The edge intro is quite different than Sidney. We see Mr. Edge playing alot great. The bridge is awesome.
