Those two twin twits are among the biggest a-holes on YouTube. Always loud, vain, vulgar and narcissistic. They're basically cut and paste jockies and nothing special. There's hundreds of guys on Youtube that look way better and give more accurate advice. Watching them is like going to the zoo to watch the monkeys squeech and throw feces around. I know THEY think they're something special, but give me a break, they provide some comic relief, but that's it.

Because I'm a hardgainer, and if I don't eat that much I don't get bigger period. I know eating more also speeds up the metabolism, but when I've tried to eat less frequently with larger meals, my stomach is unable to handle it all. 6 meals seems to be the best way to get my required caloric intake in that I need in order to see any gains.

I'm open to other suggestions though.
