  • is it ok to drink milk and eat chicken?

  • makes so much sense , every thing said.

  • Tasting foods also. I can taste the difference between organic and non organic.

  • You're fruity.

  • I read somewhere that in a zoo they couldn't successfully breed some monkeys not sure of the breed but they were small anyway they realised that in nature they would consume some grubs etc living on the plants they ate so they introduced a very small amount of animal protein to their diet and they breed successfully straight away. All plant eating animals eat some animal protein even if its not intentional.

  • That was so terrible I think you gave me cancer.... DumbAss... do you think before you talk.... Retard.... sorry about the cancer joke I know your going through chemotherapy right now.... that would explain why your so fuck ugly skinny....

  • @84obrn moron alert !!!!!!!!!!

  • @positivesecret You trying to start something with me?.... First come up with a reply more creative.... Then we can battle.... Ill be waiting =)

  • +1 for the fight club reference

  • I also think it´s better to be on the safe side and supplement every now and again. The information is so contradictory. - It´s in Algea, so it´s all cool. It´s in Algea but it´s an inactive B12 Analogue. It´s inactive but it gets (re)activated in the body. and so on... WHO KNOWS for sure??? I eat lots of Sprouts and Algea and still supplement ever now and again.

  • Just don´t wash your hands ;-) you get enough B12

  • even the wealthiest and fitest can get depressed. There is only one that can fill the God shaped hole in your heart.

  • @brn2sor Is it the Sun? El? You're talking about Sun worship, right?

  • Chajim, quinoa is a source of other B vitamins: Thiamine (vit. B1) 0.36 mg (31%)

    Riboflavin (vit. B2) 0.32 mg (27%)

    Vitamin B6 0.5 mg (38%)

Folate (vit. B9) 184 μg (46%) Notice that B12 is NOT mentioned. You need to start supplementing because quinoa is not a source.

  • @Debbydiesel plz, it is -not- quinoa,

it is generated from quinoa -germlings-.

i will soon checkt the answer from the ringana laboratory.

(my b12/homocystein ist also best conditoned,

altoungh I use just "sandorn" (seabuckthorn)and Ringana Caps.

Years ago I stopped my usual b12 supplements

  • @chaijm Hey that's really allright, you don't have to go to any trouble. I haven't found anything that supports your ideas (sorry) so I am going to continue supplementing like I do, and I encourage everyone else to check and double check your own needs.

  • @Debbydiesel Sources of B12: Fermented Soya Beans (yucky!), Sea Vegetables (I do not live near the ocean or a large lake), Spirulina, and (drum roll, please) Pollen (!). Go outside, pick a dandelion, plop it in your mouth, and chew it; or throw several of them in a blender with some fruit to tame the bitter flavor. Or go to the store and pay out your rear for supplements.

  • @erikthewarm Tempeh, miso, sea veggies and a few other things are reported to have B12, but the amounts are so small and varied as to be unreliable. What's more, those items have the analogue form which is not bioavailable. NO usable forms of B12 in plants. Look it up.

  • where is this video taken?

  • this is funny, your troppo. :))))

  • Sprouted beans and lentils are rich in b-12

  • @krisofamericas sorry, you are wrong. B12 is in NO plants and I'm a vegan so you can't accuse me of bashing the lifestyle. As for this video, totally stupid.

  • @Debbydiesel

that is what the meatindustry supports.

course, it is important to check out homocystein and b12,

my source is plant based and works (for years)

  • @chaijm What plant source do you get B12 from?

  • @Debbydiesel

germs from quinoa, f.e. from the vegan organic supplement -producer ringana.com

is using them, they are not analogue.

maybe also "sandorn"(have no translation). It is very often published, that this b12 ist also not analoque.

migroorganism on roots (are not plant based) but work also as b12 support.

b12 ist produced in the human rectum. the meat- industry-medicin says, that it cannot be absorbed there. i guess small amounts can pass in the body.

  • @chaijm there are lots of "primitive" humans, who never ate dairy oder meat products and no supplemente as well. (dr. bircher)

  • @chaijm And they got B12 directly from the soil (microorganisms) or from ground water, just like the animals do. Animals pick it up as they graze, or from dirt on hay, or dirt. CAFO animals are supplemented because it doesn't naturally occur in their bodies.

  • @Chaim Went to that ringana site and searched for B12 and got nothing. As far as I know, from lots of reading, there are no plants (except a small, possible amount in seaweeds and some obscure algae). I think you need to do more research because your brain is at risk. Quinoa has no B12. Google a site called Self Nutrition Data and check out the vitamin content of quinoa.

  • @Debbydiesel

i asked 2 yeas ago at the laboratory from ringana. if it is not an effort, u can do the same. and ist is -not- quinoa, as i wrote, it is taken from the -germs- of quinoa. did u read my comment before???

thanx for caring about my brain health, my b12/homocystein ist perfect :).

lots of luck in investigating meat-industry oder meat-motivated diet-studies.

  • @chaijm Sorry, I did read your post and I have no idea what a quinoa germ is. When I search B12 and quinoa, I didn't find one site that confirmed what you say. If you search plant source of B12 you only find mention of slight amounts of B12 in some seaweeds and tempeh (which is manufactured) and sometimes in algaes. Nothing about quinoa. I would love a link that proves me wrong and you right.

  • @Debbydiesel

    Sandorn, just in german:

    vegetarismus.ch/heft-2005-1/b12.htm

  • @Debbydiesel

    quinoa germs:

I will search for the request and the answer of "Ringana"

and send you as soon as possible

  • There is just no better alternative to a fruit and vegetable diet, offcourse nuts seeds herbs included, but I like my tea, also, and eggs, I think I`m like 90% vegan. XD

  • 0300h YES! I get to wee. (All kidding aside, hydration is key. Body thinks it's hungry rather than thirsty. Drink water, yes!)

  • Ok, I think I love you <3 Your videos are so great and your sooo funny!!! ;)

  • wrong

  • BOY I WISH I COULD EAT MORE FRUIT! I GET VERY SICK IF I DO! I CAN ONLY HANDLE SOME RASPBERRIES AND BLUEBERRIES IN THE MORNING AND THAT IS IT. I KEEP TRYING TO ADD MORE BUT THAN GET A REACTION AND FEEL LIKE I AM BEING ATTACKED ALL NIGHT LONG. WHAT GIVES? :)

  • Will Earth explode from cow farts or will it suffer mono-crop death?

  • Vegan nut

  • He is my dream man. Go vegans! <3

  • goooday mate..do you know Lleyton Hewitt? his wife is sexy!!!

  • dude you are a riot--love your vids!

  • What the fuck? Just because fruits don't make you fat doesn't mean they make you healthy. You guys are just using a sexy Australian chick to get more views, so you can in turn brain-wash more people with the paradigm you are so fixated on... Why can't you and Freelea just be open minded and choose your words much more carefully? All you've done is the same as everyone else, telling the masses that you are correct while others are wrong. When Daniel Vitalis lives longer than you, I'm gonna lmao

  • there is nothing wron with eating meat once or twice a week. problem is in modern society people eat lots oof meat everyday.

  • at the end of the day eat whatever you like, it's your choice. a healthy diet is a mixed diet, cutting everything out isnt healthy. causes more long term damage than good. dont crash diet, work out

  • Your message is as clear as sunlight through a dewdrop bless you

  • I eat whatever shit I want, randomly, and I guarantee I can kick the shit out this guy.

  • @TjSwoll you useless piece of shit

  • Severe Sugar Addiction. Please don't eat too much sugar. Sugar is a vital part of the diet but too much promotes the growth of viruses and bad cells in the body, and will help make you sick. Listen to a raw doctor, Brian Clement, not people who are obsessive in personality and lifestyle.

  • No compassion...

  • B R A V O!

  • WTF?? A physiological requirement for sugar? Apparently you have no clue what you are talking about. There is ZERO requirement for the intake of any sugar OR ANY CARBOHYDRATE! Period. You could live the rest of your life never putting any carbohydrate in your body and you would live into old age. Not sure where you learned this BS but these sheeple that follow your channel should be very careful taking any advice from a person that is completely ignorant of the facts.

  • @markp64 You are a little mis informed there. While I do not 100% agree with durianrider, the human body is physiologically designed for sugar. That's why we have a pancreas, to break down those sugars, convert them in to glucose and use that as an energy source, we do this via consuming carbohydrates (which is the category sugar fits into). You're right you can live the rest of your life without eating sugars, but you will have chronic fatigue and be constantly sick.

  • @rednogo

Sorry my friend but YOU are the one misinformed. If you mean "SUGAR" in the form of glucose which our bodies convert all foods for use as energy, then you would be correct. If you mean "sugar" as in "the white stuff or fruit juice or any other form then you are mistaken.

You said: ".........but you will have chronic fatigue and be constantly sick."

I do not eat ANY sugar, fruit, high glycemic vegetables or any type of simple carbohydrate.

    continued......

  • @markp64 No I mean sugar as in high carb foods such as Fruit not over processed, granulated, rot your teeth see a dentist sugar. Fruit is highest in such sugar in which we convert to glucose, via insulin and the pancreas.

You can't say you NEVER eat carbohydrates if you eat 20-30 grams a day of them. That little bit of carbs is what fuels you.

I'm not saying the country womens assoiation is the healthy way to go at all, but fruit is high in carbs because its sugar.

  • @rednogo

I eat somewhere between 20-30 grams of carbohydrate per day for the last year. I feel fantastic and NEVER feel fatigue nor do I get sick. I'm not sure where you have learned this mythical notion that we as humans NEED "sugar" but your just wrong, period

However, I do acknowledge regarding athletic performance, athletes that train very intensely especially for long periods do need an outside source of carbohydrate as fuel to replenish glycogen stores.

  • @rednogo

All food is converted to glucose for use as energy regardless of the source. The body will utilize fat, in the absence of carbohydrates, as a fuel source.

If you do not have a weight problem, eat all the carbs you want. However, if you are overweight or obese you would be hyper sensitive to just about any intake of carbohydrate and would need to cut from your diet until you reached a healthy normal weight.

  • @rednogo

Search out real research and studies pre Ancel Keys and you will find a litany of research that indicated that it was and IS and has always been carbohydrate intake that has caused most if not all of the ills in western culture.

  • @markp64 You could live the rest of your life never putting carbohydrates in your body and probably live into old age but you would live a miserable life. How can you get up and LIVE without fueling your body with carbs? The only way I see it being possible is if you sit around all day accomplishing nothing. I'm training for amateur boxing and I can tell you from experience it makes training extremely difficult when i'm under carbed.

  • I am 100+kilos but I do not think eating 50 bananas a day is a good idea. I suppose I can try it but Im gonna work my chunky butt into it. Im starting with 8 tomorrow!

  • @BigJZ86 can you let me know how that goes? I put on weight really easily. I am 100 + as well and I have been following a diet and exercising. I am considering the fruitarian way. Let me know how you go and more importantly, all the best!

  • Your accent makes this video so funny lol, but the points are so valid. I hate when people say "I'm too lazy to get up" or continue to call somebody from across the house instead of just walking over to talk to them.

  • @MrLaliloo Some animals are designed to eat meat. Their digestive systems are made for it. Ours aren't.

  • @seven7arrows Our system is designed for both. Last time anyone checked, humans were considered omnivores

  • Still catching up on yur older vids. This one is great. Thx. I'm having a hard time finding Organic Bananas the will ripen natually without being treated with Ethylene Gas. Any ideas. Where do you order from?

  • I have a question man,I'm raw vegan and eat a ton of fruit and vegetables and i feel great! and i also drink a ton of water and i mean a lot..but my piss is still yellow? is there a reason why?

  • @becomingdustin if you are taking vitamin supplements they can turn your urine yellow.

  • @becomingdustin You B Vitamins will tunr your urine yellow.

  • @nonijuicing Even if you're eating oranges...the white membrain is full of B Vitamins. So you may be getting them naturally. But they will turn your urine yellow...so you can't assume that yellow urine is always a bad thing.

  • @MrLaliloo Not all animals eat meat... you should know that sherlock.

  • You are awesome!!!

  • people freek out because they realise that whole society of mordern man is oriented to make them a slave running on the treadmill. when they want to stop and have a quiet time or some deep thougts or feelings they will get torn and shattered by spinning-headcases.

our society is build on the pride. once you grow out beyond pride and realise how f-up the reality is its difficult to grasp how insanly pushy and invasive the world is.

we have it all alrite, at the price of the lost intimacy.

  • fucking awesome video! lmao

  • Wow. Sleep, water, sugar, then exercise, sunshine, relationships. Fucking brilliant, man. Healthy fruit sugar/carbohydrate, though, right? I appreciate this vid and your energy. No bullshit.

  • You know, for all of you people saying this guy is nuts... I think he is speaking some sense. I've been eating high raw and healthy and have stopped restricting my calories and I feel so much better! My weight is evening out and so are my emotions and i'm not having to starve myself on 1200 calories a day. I also recommend making sure you get enough fiber along with your carbohydrates and your water. It'll keep your digestive system going and giving you energy instead of going into storage mode.

  • 4:48 ... Rigth.... I'm omnivorus and I'm not fat I have nothing you said.... For e-coli and stuff like that, that's for the raw food people.

  • ........No fat..and no muscles.

  • You guys are fucked if we have another mini ice age, good luck finding fruit and veg.

  • @DanceMusicFusion If there was no fruit and veg, the animals would die to, because they would have nothing to eat. So...it's the exact same for meat eaters and vegans.

  • @shipleyshipster Look up the last ice age and yes we still had fish and rabbits in frozen parts of the world.

  • @DanceMusicFusion If there was another serious ice age, you would probably die, too. No amount of food is going to save anyone once mother nature comes a'knocking. Using a natural disaster as basis for an argument against being vegan is a total waste of time.

  • great video your an inspiration , whats your view on afternoon naps ?

  • solution is to chill the fuck out. eat what feels good. no bread, no processed food. meat is your choice. good meat. its silly to be paranoid over meat diseases. plants get sick too obviously. any consumption can give diseases. i feel awesome with weights, water, sprints, raw milk, well raised meat and organic produce. could sleep some more though :)

  • Green smothie from wheat grass, and there is never a problem with B deficiency. All there and much more.

  • Good tirade, but this video is mistitled.

  • @durianriders This is all I wanted to know.I am, & my sport has got me as 5ft 10 &135kgs of solidness.Meditation & contemplation help, but my anger is still strong,& hope by getting older 41yrs, this will settle soon.Although I may start losing.I dont want too much sugar or sugarcane as it is abundant and i dont want too much Fructose asI want to sleep. Was just wondering as I was genuinely looking @ putting a little more fruit in my diet legitimately.Thats where it all came unstuck.. Cheers Mik.

  • @durianriders Vegemite has the highest scientific claim of B vitamins in the world. And my q was serious. Do vegans look at toast and vegemite as wrong?Or do the B vitamins contained in vegemite not sufficient for your diet?Or am I totally missing something? As a high in meat fat eater due to my sport. everything for me is good except slightly high cholesterol, that means a tablet that has a diuretic in it and also states no excess pottasium, so nanas or too many are out of the equation.

  • @durianriders, You & I know where we stang now cool? My original q was polite but banned instantly by your missus. Hey we're all Troppo here up Nth QLD. My question was and this is a serious no B/S Q why the b12 shots? As a large barefist fighter my sport relies on meditation, meat and a lot of fat eating then muscle building whether it is sand hills or whatever. I have 4 pieces of vegemite on toast, so do my dogs.

  • what do you do for work?

  • i bet no one realizes how much land we destroy in the worlds last natural rain forest to farm animals to one day gut them open and throw their carcass on your dinner plate. not to mention the amount of food to feed these cows and chickens also takes up quite a bit of land, OH! and the amount of food we grow to feed these animals, could feed easily 10 times as many people as compared to how many people are fed from the meat. all of this has nothing to do with actual health benefits of course.

  • @ovechkin100 I love you.... Vegans are sexy......

  • if everyone stoped eating meat we would have to clear more land to grow crops, its hard for people to get but meat from one animal is very easy to turn into meat for another thats partly why we can eat it and why other eat only it as it saves eating veg all day every day and having massive bellys to try and get as much out of it as possible.

New scientist did a bit on 2 studys that showed how much meat everyone could eat a day without taking more land then needed to feed the world

  • @Demonairing how stupid are you? i just said with the food they are already growing for the animals, it would feed 5 times as many people. and with the slaughter houses already built to kill the animals in, if you took all that away and then replaced them with farms to grow natural food for us, we would have no issues.

  • @ovechkin100 oops sorry, i meant 10 times the amount of people, not 5 *********

  • @Demonairing Actually, the amount of land needed for a vegetarian diet would be far less the land used to raise and feed livestock. And would, of course, be so much better for the environment, animal welfare and our own health.

  • @springnicht66 Biodynamic Farming.....

  • @springnicht66 what about the mass drainage of soil nutrients if vegetable and produce production had to be adapted for a much wider population diet, and i do believe the amount of of land needed for a vegetarian diet is still larger than that of livestock especially for organic produce.

  • @ovechkin100 lol they cut it down to set up banana-plantation, oilpalm-plantations or Coconut-plantations... and because they want the wood.... no cows involved... and every corn/wheat that we plant in our countries, it's so much when you harvest it, that you could feed a dozen times more cows than are currently in human ownership...

so, if they burn down or cut down some rainforest, its the locals, who try to plant potatoes or other such plants there... for them, not the cows...

  • Well the Eskimo's and American Indians are fucked after thousands of years of eating meat! brrrt

  • man this guy really does make sense in easy words.. watching this guy and Dan the man is just a good time fellas. eat well and go out and play do something you've never done before.(not a bad thing)

  • yeah man i can feel it!

  • Comment removed

  • This guys funny as hell!

  • WE LOVE YOU TOO!

  • psychosis can be frome b vitamin deficiencies?

  • First video of yours I've seen. I liked it.

  • Your a Pitta(Pain In The Ass) (I'm taking about your Dosha).

I love your energy DR! But you have to consider a few things that you 'preach':

The mass majority of the world has not removed themselves from the shackles of society like you have.

If I peed 10 times a day I would be fired from my job - you are right though.

    Much love!

  • Hey Harley, Thanks for the video which I agreed with most but what do you mean about 'we need sugar' are you talking about refined sugars, honey, natural fruit sugar. I no longer eat refined sugar as I found it to addictive, so now I only have what is natural. Thanks!

  • @durianriders Hey man, there's this stuff called Really Raw Honey, it's honey in it's rawest/purest form, has the consistency of thick vaseline, is not transparent, and has a flowery flavor. What do you think of that honey, good idea to eat it or no?

  • @TheAmazingJimmy leave bees alone we are frugivores

  • What is your source of B-12?

  • @PadreSandia watch my latest vid. Look at my blood tests.

  • @PadreSandia i make my own

  • What is your source of B-12

  • greAT!
