I use software called 'Crazy Talk' for the mouth animations. As for making them stand, use blu tac, or balance something behind them that is out of sight.

Another great one, but you do know that the screen used command tunics were more of an avocado than gold. Your shirt was bright yellow. A little more attention to detail would be appreciated!
