Ok, I get that people are paying more attention to the "tooth-decay" part fo Halloween and Fi has a point but come on! It's because she inherited her father's gift. If you watch a little more of the show, you'll see a broader story surrounding Fi and her family...although, because of Disney's strict 65 episode policy back then, the series doesn't get developed or end satisfactorily.
