I got a bold 9650 for sprint that I called in lost, paid the deductable and send it to someone overseas to work on a GSM. The person cannot get the BBM to activate... The esn is bad but because the phone is already unlocked for GSM, this does not affect the ability to operate... I am trying to figure out is the PIN blocked as well. If it is, how is it possible to unblock it or can it be changed?
