I think the goverment enjoys the millions of dollars in tax. In canada maby not so much because alot of smokers need alot of health care cause smoking made them really unhealthy.

Plus, even if they wern't legal, people would still smoke and it would cause problems with police, and crowd the already over crowded prisions. Besides, theres already millionhs of people addicted to cigarettes and they would ebcome criminals.

Plus, mcdonals food is really bad but is that ileagle?
