Yes its completely optional. Speak to Abyssion in Flanoir and you can go on a search for the Devil Arms. You'll need all 8 characters to speak to him and at some points in the game you will not be able to speak with him or obtain the Devil Arms.

I did make this one and it will not be on Holystar's site. There is a similar one there only its by Shinryu and it is a level 6 Colette. This Colette is in the 100s.

Use Holy Song and if the word Target doesn't appear above Colette, it means she'll use Holy Judgment.

Basically. The amount drain is based on the Max HP of the poisoned enemy.

You know poison drains the health of the enemy right? Otherwise it wouldn't have taken so long to kill Abyssion.

Because I put the webcam on some game cases to hold it up but it didn't do well as you see. Also I can see it just fine. Maybe its your monitor.

2 Pow Hammers and a Toss Hammer. Toss Hammer has a chance of poisoning an enemy which is what happened to Abyssion.
