I never got much into snow skiing. Only tried it a few times. Ice skating was my thing. My real skiing addiction came on the water.

Hmm... I have been skiing anywhere between 3-6 times a year for four years... I'm getting pretty good. Ish. I am joining a group of friends next year that will be going every other weekend, so I will be going more frequently then.

i have been skiing scince i was little and i just got back from a ski trip at a resort it is the third time there but i ski in other places. i also crosscountry ski a little

I used to ski quite a bit, but haven't in a while. Maybe some day. My friends and I used to ski Teton Pass between Idaho and Jackson. Very steep, but fun! Then we would hitchhike back to the top and go again. Park City is a fun town. Thanks for taking us along. Have you been to Telluride? Another great ski town.

I've only gone once to Mount Snow in VT. It was something I really had a knack for and loved it. I fell down only once and that was getting off the lift. But it's an expensive hobby. Wish I'd kept it up. I absolutely loved it!

@Illuminatta fell down getting off the lift, oh no!  yah it is expensive for sure though. Well unless you have your own stuff, live by a mountain and have a season pass, then I guess its not too bad.

I'm still a little new to Youtube. Is the Social Blade a way to keep track of my status and earning? Or just my status? AND...most impotent, is this JUST for partners? Because I'm not a partner...yet!

@FrankJamesBaileyTV SocialBlade is a good way to keep track of your stats and compare yourself to other channels but the earnings only google adsense will have the actual amount. Since that number is private I just estimate a range of possibilities and thats whats on the site. Also anyone can use it! Even if you aren't currently earning from your videos either being a partner or being enabled for monitization it wil give you an idea of what you could get if you get those.

I grew up skiing and later on snowboarding. I haven't been in a few years, but I am totally looking forward to taking my son. I'm surehe will love it.

@scotth510 I'm still new to skiing as this is my 4th time downhill (I did cross country in school in 5th and 6th grade but nothing else) so haven't snowboarded yet.. maybe someday. Anyway there were tons of kids at the mountain too, probably around your sons age as well so if he's up for it and you have the opportunity take him! I wish my parents took me when I was a kid.

that looks SOOOOOO fun! I've never ski-ed..but have sledded lots/sometimes standing on the sled.(grew up in Iowa). if you get the chance get a ride on a snowmobile..that's fun,too.

@Parmesana I didn't get a good shot of it and it was too late in the day for me to figure out how to get on it (had to get a separate ticket I think) but tehy had this really cool sled type thing there as well. Sort of like a roller coaster sled thingamabob that you go down the whole hill at like 40mph. Next time. :)

First time I heard that music all the way through. KittiesMama uses it I think. Good music. Use to ski on Sugar Mountain and Hawksnest in the 80's. Makes you feel free, but I still want to skydive.

@l6j8b32 haha yep he does use it. Hope she doesn't mind me borrowing it ;) It's one of my favorite @joshwoodward songs. Skydiving is a totally different experience, a very great one as you can see in the video I put up of me doing it a few months ago but its all over in just a few seconds its over. This at least lasts all day.

@Austin123xd This was actually my 4th time ever. I grew up in MA where there was lots of snow but never skied there. When I was living in NY a few years back I went to NJ and skied for my first time. Now I live in NC and there's not too much snow here but its fun and glad I was able to this weekend!
