yea i got the ab circle pro and i use it twice week on my leg and ab days..its great but i like a variety thru my work out regime, will keep it up tho as ive onli had the machine for a month...COMMITMENT. MUch luv to u JNL
hey JNL have watched all ur vidz love ur site, i have been training for 4 months, i just wanted to ask if u have any tips on working the outter and inner thighs esp the outter thighs, i quit my gym membership and have equip at home, but no adductor or abductor machie, wat muscle specific work out is good for outter thighs? and inner that will tone real quick? look foward to ur reply.xoxox keep it going strong, we LOVE u out here in AUSTRALIA

Thanks Marylin! Love your support and super charged positivity! YEs, the inverted pushup helps to open up your head chakra, as its upside down. Then your entire core is elongated, from your quads, hip flexers, abs, and arms-so you feel longer and stretched out when you come up! It energizes you and challenges you!
Thank you for sharing this video. This is probably one of my favorite videos of yours for many different reasons. I'm curious as to the amount of weight you use for your shoulder flies, seated cable rows and presses. Also, what amount of weight do you do for leg work such as squats, etc.
Great question! I always bring either NO Xplode by BSN or Volumaize to keep me fueled. When it comes closer to stage time, I do NO Explode, but more diluted. It keeps me training hard and focused. For food, its super foods, lean meats & asparagus!
