For people saying they aren't hitting that hard, you are right. But keep in mind this is 14u. I usually tell how hard people hit by counting how many seconds between the two opponents exchanging shots. They are at about 3 seconds and pros are 1 to 2. Top 16u and normal 18u are usually at about 2 to 3 seconds.
