if you want to break his arm, just grab his wrist, hold his elbow and pull. the rest if bullshit. especially when you're holding his head, he could easily just punch you in the balls repeatedly til you let go.
right im a bouncer and i dont know about other contrys but in England you need an SIA lisence to work the doors (and other securty) and if you did this stuff you would lose your lisence.. wish it was like the 90's
sorry i was only joking with you. i would tend to agree. i think its just a demo though. big guys beatin up wee guys not really a good idea 4 a demo. you should check out mike martello.
He is a student of Dan Inosanto whom was Bruce Lee's student from 1964 - 1973. This is Lop Sao and Chi Sao application in Wing Chun Form but instead of attacking through the centerline you would be using your trapped opponents hand as a lever in order to take more of him. look up more of him with Dianna Inosanto and Dan Inosanto. There you will learn basic application to advanced joint locks and silat pak sao initiatives.
Bautiful Flow. I love it! Out of curiosity, why do you call it "A to Z" and not 26 joint locks? Is there a significance of the corresponding letters? Just curious.

We train all of those locks in Hapkido. Those locks are also in Aikido and some Jui Jutsu as well. Could be any art really. Cool stuff.
