I live in TX and went through Hurricane Alicia when I was a kid. I have seen a lot of this. The sad thing about NO is that we all knew for 50 years that the city was gonna flood. It was a joke. I think people ignored the problems for years because of racism. Just my opinion.
The people of Amrerica have given millions, their homes, their time, THE GOVERNMENT is the problem, not the people....Over 250,000 Houstonians took in refugees.
I can't agree with you more, but normally when people get a wake up call, they actually wake up and respond. I think people are still snoozing on New Orleans!

The USA had a up call from this Hurricane but not help the New Orleans from this Hurricane it so sad.
