  • Mccrystal was my kind of man.

  • George Soros has bought and paid for this group of whiny jerks.

  • SEARCH: Barack Obama sacks adviser over talks with Hamas

  • All the Dems have to offer is bitterness, defeatism, and hate.

    No thank you.

  • You again.

    Hit the road Phony.

  • Hey, it's grazon.

Poor, poor grazon. All you'll ever be is a "vet wannabe".

  • spam

  • Thank goodness America had boys as young as 12 lying about their age to get into uniform to fight Hitler. They were Americans to be proud of! Poor George Soros spent his time helping Nazis confiscate property from the condemned.

Soros is a despicable convicted felon.

  • Just got my VA check, thanks for paying your taxes buuuuudy.

  • More lying from the liar

  • So 9/11 wasn't bad ? I'm confused cause if 9/11 wasn't bad why did I get sent to Iraq ?

Maybe Rush can clarify for me.

Oh well, franks for paying your taxes.

  • More lying from the liar

  • 60 minutes:So what exactly do you do ?

BattleofTours732:I do exactly what they tell me to do.

60 minutes: Who is they ? And what are they telling you to do ?

BattleofTours732: Only the real AmeriCANS, like Rush and Hannity, God Bless the radio waves they grace.

60 Minutes:Mmmmkay, what do they tell you to do ?

BattleofTours732: Blame everything on the Muslims and the FAKE Americans not lining up to kill them.

60 Minutes: Why arn't you in the Army then ?

Jesse MacBeth - washed out of basic training, claimed to be a combat ranger who served in Iraq and Afghanistan where he supposedly killed men, women, and children. Convict. Darling of the leftist media.

So, the Libs are lying again.

  • I'm sorry were you talking again ? I see your name and I just blank everything out because I know if you typed it must be a waste of space.

  • Let's see, Democratic Congress' Approval Rating - 11%

Hmmmmm, I guess that the Lib plan to stab the troops in the back wasn't that popular after all. :)

  • bush should be executed by hanging.

  • Bidding at Ebay is now over $18,000 on the ridiculous letter sent by Democrat Senators to Clear Channel denouncing Rush. Rsuh gets the last laugh on those who nver listen and pretend to KNOW all about him. The winning proceeds go to the children of fallen soldiers, a charity Rush has belonged to for almost ten years. You liberals, just keep seething, you're hysterical in your blind hatred and Rush and children of fallen soldiers are making huge money on your hatred! keep it up.

  • The bidding for the Senate condemnation letter of Rush is up tp $17,000 with a week to go. All the proceeds go to the children of fallen soldiers, a charity in which Rush is a long time board member. he wants the liberal Senators to match the bidding. Shows who really does support ALL of the troops. Thanks Rush!!! He gets the last word on this phoney story.

  • Apologies for the typos in the last post - my sweetheart had me cracking up as I typed. Sad that it is that we have so many brainwashed chickenhawks, their crazy ideas can sound funny when read out loud! Thank heavens for all the intelligent critical thinkers out here.

    --ARMY VET, not a chickenhwawk

  • SineadNic <- Jesse MacBeth

  • Observe the eloquence of his argument! The brilliance of his prose! CastorT64, the little troll with the little weewee who's afraid of women, especially Hillary (BOO! Hide under the bed - or the sheet, a pointy one with eyeholes - you've got one of them, don't you, chickenhawk?) You're also afraid of REAL soldiers and vets, huh? Poor little man. Did you find a fifth grader to help you read the AMERICAN CONSERVATIVE article on BetrayUs, Bush's spokesmodel general? That's YOUR team bashing him!

  • Let me get this straight, General Petraeus can not see into the future? We better get one of these clairvoyant liberals to tell us what's going to happen.

There was a time when I actually respected the beliefs of the people on the left, but it has been a long time since I have come accross one who was not totally brainwashed. Can any of you still think for yourselves?

  • TPC317 - No. I'm afraid that the Libs have all sold out to George Soros.

  • Hmm...can so called "conservatives" think for themselves?

BOTH PARTIES ARE CORRUPT, BOTH PARTIES ARE FOR THE WAR. BOTH PARTIES ARE NOT REPRESENTING THE PEOPLE!!!

  • The multiple screen names of one of George Soros' paid posters -> grazon, NIN1963, SineadNiC.

His real name is probably Jesse MacBeth.

Jesse MacBeth - washed out of basic training, claimed to be a combat ranger who served in Iraq and Afghanistan where he supposedly killed men, women, and children. Convict. Darling of the leftist media.

So, the Libs are lying again.

  • Keep posting your garbage for George Soros, phony vets.

Here's one of the Libs' favorite "phony vets."

Jesse MacBeth - washed out of basic training, claimed to be a combat ranger who served in Iraq and Afghanistan where he supposedly killed men, women, and children. Convict. Darling of the leftist media.

So, the Libs are lying again.

  • Get a life. How many "VOtevets" are "phony"? How many Soldiers who support RON PAUL are "phony"....FUCK YOU SIR. If you are a soldier I am ashamed of you, if you are another "conservative" CHICKENHAWK BURN IN HELL.

  • Hey, Castor...Hey, stupid - check out the latest AMERICAN CONSERVATIVE. (That's your team, you loudmouthed known nothing.) The article, "Sycophant [look it up!] Savior" is by Andrew Bacevich, a West Pointer who retired as a colonel (with a PhD!) after having fought in Vietnam. He's a gentleman and a real scholar - unlike you. Try to read it - maybe a nice 5th grader in your neighborhood will help you with the big words.

  • This George Soros...isn't he related to Rupert Murdoch of FOX Network fame?

  • They aren't related by kinship.

  • You're a creature of richard mellon scaife and a stupid creature at that.

  • I like how they don't show the whole conversation. Anybody can make anything sound bad if they manipulate it.

PUT THE DAMN THING IN CONTEXT.

  • I'm an army veteran. Are you? Somehow I get the strong odor of chickenhawk here...

Veterans have every right to stand up for their fellow soldiers and veterans. This war based on LIES (where, pray tell, is that WMD?) is killing and maiming our soldiers every single day while we kill Iraqis by the thousand. Go VoteVets! Keep up the great work!

  • THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE. FUCK CHICKENHAWKS.

RON PAUL 2008!!! To protect the constitution from enemies foreign and DOMESTIC...like anti-American chickenhawks who want a global empire! NAZI SCUM!!!

  • SineadNiC: Hey man. Referencing your comment "where are the WMD's". It made me think back when the "President" was speaking at a banquet and was making a joke about the missing WMD's. He got a laugh so he milked it; even to the point of looking under his podium...he's is crimminal...I say impeach the bastards!!!

  • Impeached? Oh no... it's too late for that. They started this illegal war, they continued it, they lied about it & now they're leaving it for the next group of leaders. I wouldn't be suprised if the election is already fixed to hand everything over to the dems so they can later be blamed for "screwing it all up". This NWO and the government's plans for the middle east was planned long ago. Trust me, they have a "30 year plan" (at least) and the powers that be will see that it is carried out.

  • This illeagel war is not making America safer, bush is a war criminal,, they all must be IMPEACHED

  • Bush is following orders, and the orders are, "Stay in Iraq at all costs!"

The main reasons are to protect Israel, control the oil, and keep the big profits flowing from defense and reconstruction contracts.

There are 14 permanent bases in Iraq, including 6 mega-bases with everything from fitness centers to Pizza Huts.

THEY WILL NEVER AGREE TO BRINGING THE TROOPS HOME!!!

  • Chuck Hagel was awesome.

  • You can tell from his expression and his body language that he DOES know. If he answered honestly, he, like his predecessors who told the truth, would be fired.

  • Right on Vote Vets. Thank you!

  • Since GW Bush is so interested in making paid speeches after his presidency maybe congress can vote him a captain's pay and send him over to Iraq to give speeches of encouragement to the troops and speeches about the joys of democracy to the Iraqi people. I know its a bit of a demotion, but who says congress can't draft him in 2009. At least it might bring an early end to the war.

  • Or simply chop his head off.

  • Superb! Get this ad out on the airwaves all over America! Where do we contribute to this cause?

  • ron paul is america's only hope

  • amen brother!

  • The only thing the Republicans care about is keeping the war going and the cash flowing. As long as other people's kids are losing arms, eyes, and balls, this is one big Republican cashflow party.

  • Well put. Just look at what Republican House Minority Leader Boehner said- HE SAID THAT THE THOUSANDS OF AMERICANS KILLED AND TENS OF THOUSANDS WOUNDED WAS A "SMALL PRICE." I want someone to ask Boehner, "Congressman, would you call it a 'small price' if YOUR son was killed?" Why are the so called liberal media not grilling Boehner on this...like they grilled Kerry over a botched joke. The difference is, Boehner MEANT what he said- he even repeated it.

  • General Betrayus looks worse and worse everytime he shills for Bush while our soldiers and airmen and marines and sailors are dying.

  • @blogswarm AND KILLING FOR FALSE REASONS INNOCENT PEOPLE DON T BE TOO SELFISH AND REOPEN 9/11 SOON WIKILEAKS LL COME WITH THE REAL TRUTH it ll be a nice nice day for the World

  • Great job. Vote for the people that voted against the oil war. Go Ron Paul. Go Dennis Kucinich. Down with the Neocons.

  • If he has integrity why didn't he just admit that Iraq is a lost cause for America instead of saying "i don't know' when asked whether the war in Iraq would make America safer?

  • Powerful Ad wish I were a billionair to give this ad wings!!! But here I am saying great ad...thanks.

  • Are you kidding me? This jackass is supposed to be in charge of things in Iraq and he can't even tell us if the billions of dollars, thousands of US and tens of thousands of Iraqi lives, will do *anything* to make us safer? General Betray US already has.

  • Great ad! Get it on every television in America.

  • Excellent! way to run the rapid response, VoteVets.

  • these videos don't hurt morale they let the men on the ground know there are people at home trying to get them home so they die for the oil companies and if you think this war was anything more than that then maybe you need to look past the propaganda and think for yourself....

  • From a soldier who has served in Iraq on the ground i would just like to state that these kinds of vidoes dont do well for our morale we are makeing head way in Iraq and we dont want to leave untill the mission is done IF we leave now all of my brothers in arms who have payed with there blood to keep this contry safe there lifes will have been for nothing!!

  • I must admit that I am on the fence on this issue leaning heavily toward pulling out. It is not that I disrespect the troops. You have done an admirable job with the task you were given, but my question really comes down to the Iraqis. Are they willing to fight as hard as you for a unified Iraq? Do we have realistic goals for Iraq? At what point do we say we can come home? If the war is not going well, at what point do we have to concede that the ongoing conflict is too costly?

  • Apollo11222, your words denote the noble and valiant spirit that has made our country great. That same spirit won our independence in 1776, overcame slavery in 1865 and fascism in 1945. But in order to win, spirit--essential to winning any battle--also needs a clear enemy, well-defined objectives, solid military leadership, ardent home-front support and an unquestionably noble cause. These were not present in Vietnam and, tragically, are now missing for the current conflict.

  • ariana1913: Well said, and very true!

  • Apollo11222, no one will ever dispute the motives of front-line men and women such as you, especially your brothers and sisters who have paid the ultimate price. (Questioning the motives and methods of the leaders who sent you to that desert hell is an entirely different matter.) The argument to continue hostilities only has merit if this war is winnable.

  • Apollo11222, before our arrival the British, who created the bitterly-divided concoction we now know as Iraq, ultimately determined it was not winnable, washed their hands and walked away. We now face the same dilemma. Deep down in every American's heart and soul we know the right thing to do is to leave the Iraqi nation to its own destiny. God will guide them to peace and prosperity when He thinks it time to do so. What is needed now, here in America, is the courage to do the right thing.

  • So we should keep letting your pals get killed? Are you going to explain to their parents that they died because no one knew what they were doing?

More people should die because some have already? For what? A Muslim theocracy run by Al-Sadr? So that their women can be oppressed, just like in Saudi Arabia?

If you can learn to kill someone, you can learn these facts and make a better decision about this war.

    You owe that to yourself.

  • The video only shows Patraeus unable to make the case that the mission is worthwhile when questioned by Republican senators, two of whom are veterans. I'd bet that isn't that great for morale at all. It's not like the general came unprepared...Just sayin'

  • The General came with a report written by the white house. Check out some of the Daily Show video from Tuesday night. There were big passages of his testimony lifted directly from recent Bush speeches.

It's a sham. Bush wants to put it off on the next guy up. He's afraid to be the guy who lost the war of choice.

  • Maybe they are not as concerned about morale as they are about the lives of soldiers and innocent civilians. Maybe they are more concerned with saving this country from economic collapse than they are about morale. I would bet a lot of troops' morale would go way up if they got to come home.
