1. AN ODE TO SAM:

Every morning Im woken to birdsong just broken ,as they sit upon my favourite tree. I roam to my Pc and sit over Java and a piping hot cafe latte or tea. But no mornings complete until I curl up my feet and attend to my addiction TV.

Very nice voice: good words and melody. Can't see too much about the accompaniment. However, it's great she took the time to write this for you.

You're kidding me, right? A NON-professional has the guts to write a song, sing it, play for herself and actually get it to me - and you criticize her playing??!! GIVE ME A BREAK!! Does anyone here see anything asking anyone to give Judy notes? Or give Judy anything but joyful praise? You know I don't remove comments here - but boy was I tempted to lose this one.

What was wrong with her playing? She was using chords like sny song writer would while accompaning herself on the piano.Its called a little "ditty" and you dont play a full orchestration,Barry Manilow chords like this when he plays his little "dittys" he composed for advertising.I dont mean to sound critical just to let you know this is what she did.

to be able to write a song as a non professional, and to perform it the way judy did(as sam said - with nuances and a SPECIAL spark i might add), AND to do it for someone she thinks is special AND to give permission to have sam show it to the youtube world, i think is most extraordinary! how many of us could pull that off or be willing to try? judy deserves not one iota of negative feedback. she is a special lady, and i for one am so impressed.- vicki
