I have an internal version of this and it costed around $75 a few years ago. But I mostly use it for video capturing from an A/V source.

It can also act as an input from a camera or something that supports it, then stream or record what you are seeing live on webcam or ustream for example.

i've had a similar product from pinnacle and it is complete trash...this was on xp so i don't know if the software was better on vista or not but i do not suggest any tuner card unless its internal pci or pci-e...and when i contacted pinnacle for tech support to see if there was anything i was missing or doing wrong they said that they could only help me if i paid for tech support either 1 call or 3 months...wtf?

I dont know. I tried it on my laptop with C2D 2 GHz, 2Gb ram, geforce 7900gs, and it lagged like there is no tomorrow. OS is Vista32. How powerful is your cpu?
